How many days does the tour take?

The lost city tour can be done in 4 or 5 days. The tour is the same, but in 5 days the return hike is smoother. 

 

Is it possible to do it on your own?

No, to go to Ciudad Perdida it is necessary to do it with an authorized tour operator. 

 

How many hours do you hike per day?

The first day you walk for about 4 hours. The second day, about 7 hours. On the third day you walk up the steps to Ciudad Perdida for about 1 hour, then 1 hour back and about 4 hours in the afternoon. If you take the tour in 4 days, the fourth day you walk for 7 hours.
