Day

The experience begins with the reception of the participants at the Bello Horizonte beach next to the Irotama del Sol. Upon arrival, the professional instructor will welcome us and offer a short talk about the experience we will be doing, detailing what we will learn in the theoretical and practical part.

Afterwards, we will begin with the theoretical part, which is done on land. The instructor will explain each step to follow once we are in the water, including the correct movements we must perform to enjoy the experience to the fullest.

Finally, once we have learned the basic skills, we will proceed to put our new skills into practice in the water, while the instructor corrects and guides us. We will finish the experience with some free time to enjoy the sea and apply our new skills.
