To get to Ciudad Perdida it is necessary to do it with the authorized agencies for the tour. The tour departs from Santa Marta and is practically all on foot for 4 or 5 days. The two options are the same, the only difference is the pace of the return hike. If you prefer to do it more slowly we recommend doing it in 5 days. How many hours do you walk per day? The first day you will travel by 4x4 car to the area known as El Mamey. Once there, after lunch, you will hike for about 4 hours to the first camp where you will spend the night.
