Day

At our meeting point, Café Lunático, you will be welcomed and escorted to the culinary studio, where all the fresh ingredients and necessary utensils await you to begin our gastronomic adventure. Once in the studio, you will receive the necessary instructions and start preparing five delicious Colombian breads: Almojábanas, with their soft and fluffy texture; Pan de bono, with its irresistible cheese flavor; Roscones de bocadillo, with their sweet and delicious filling; Piñitas, small corn bread rolls that are a delight, and finally, Mogolla chicharrona.

Participants will enjoy a unique experience as they mix, knead, and bake each of these breads, immersing themselves in the rich Colombian culinary tradition. Additionally, they can delight in a comforting cup of coffee or hot chocolate while tasting their freshly baked creations.

At the end of the experience, you will receive all the necessary materials so that you can recreate these delicious preparations at home and share the flavors and aromas of this unforgettable culinary experience with your loved ones.
