This type of tourism brings together people who travel to attend business meetings, congresses, conventions, trade fairs, and specialized events, becoming an important driver of economic growth and knowledge exchange. Its main pillars include corporate meetings and work gatherings (Meetings), incentive trips offered by companies as rewards for achieving goals (Incentives), conferences and conventions where professionals from different sectors share knowledge and experiences (Conferences/Conventions), and finally exhibitions and trade fairs (Exhibitions), which are commercial spaces where companies and brands showcase their products and services to potential clients or strategic partners.
Magic Tour Colombia designs and operates four types of corporate experiences. Executive meetings and retreats: spaces with Caribbean or Sierra Nevada views, fully equipped venues, high-quality accommodations, and end-of-day experiences. Incentive trips: one or multi-day programs created to reward sales teams or distributors through unique experiences in destinations unlike anywhere else in the region. Purpose-driven team building in nature: group dynamics in national parks, tropical jungles, Caribbean beaches, and desert landscapes. We also provide support and strategic connections for conventions and congresses through partnerships with leading hotels, venues, and event spaces across Northern Colombia. One dedicated coordinator manages the entire experience from beginning to end.
Colombia is typically 30% to 40% more affordable than Cancún, Punta Cana, or similar Caribbean destinations while offering equivalent quality. Costs vary depending on the destination, places like San Andrés or Bahía Solano involve higher air logistics, while Santa Marta and Cartagena are more accessible as well as accommodation standards and the level of customization required. We provide detailed proposals with transparent line-by-line pricing within established timelines.
All our programs include: a dedicated on-site coordinator before and during the event (available 24/7), airport-hotel transfers and all certified local transportation, accommodations selected according to the group profile, tailor-made activities and experiences, catering based on the program (breakfasts, working lunches, gala dinners), and customized welcome kits with company branding. Typically not included: national and international flights, personal expenses (minibar, laundry, phone calls), tips, and travel insurance. For conventions, meeting rooms and audiovisual equipment are quoted separately. Everything is clearly specified line by line in the final proposal, with no hidden fees.
