Pasé un día maravilloso explorando Minca con Mario y Pedro. Desde la visita a la finca de café, el refrescante baño, el delicioso almuerzo y la experiencia elaborando chocolate, el día fue relajante, informativo y muy conectado con la naturaleza. Definitivamente lo recomendaría.

Fuimos con el guía bilingüe (español/inglés) Mario, quien fue muy amable y conversador. Nos brindó información interesante sobre la ecología local y nos mostró hermosos lugares de la Sierra Nevada, incluyendo una ruta menos concurrida hacia las cascadas. El tour incluyó una visita a una pequeña finca cafetera con degustaciones gratuitas de café orgánico y luego compartimos con una familia local en una finca de café y cacao, donde disfrutamos una deliciosa sopa preparada con productos de su huerta. Para terminar, visitamos una heladería artesanal de leche de cabra en Minca. ¡El paisaje es increíble y ojalá hubiéramos tenido más días para explorar!
